Fagor Professional MCFD-1000D - Pre-Rinsing Sink Bench w/ Introductor of Baskets

The Fagor Professional MCFD-1000D Pre-Rinsing Sink Bench with Basket Introductor is a purpose-built commercial warewashing workstation designed to improve the workflow between manual pre-rinsing and automated dishwashing. Configured for right-side placement, it is designed to connect with Fagor CCO rack conveyor dishwashers and accommodate standard 500 × 500mm commercial dishwasher baskets.

Ideal for restaurants, hotels, catering facilities, institutional kitchens and other high-volume foodservice operations, the MCFD-1000D provides a dedicated area for removing food residue before dishes, cookware and utensils enter the conveyor dishwasher. Its integrated basket introductor helps move loaded baskets efficiently into the dishwasher's conveyor system.

The generous 1400mm × 700mm sink area provides useful working space for busy dishwashing stations, while the 450 × 450mm sink offers a dedicated location for pre-rinsing. A flexible shower tap makes it easier for operators to remove stubborn food particles before loading the dishwasher.
