The Fagor Professional MCFD-1000I Pre-Rinsing Sink Bench with Basket Introductor is a purpose-built commercial warewashing solution designed to streamline the pre-rinsing and loading stage of high-volume dishwashing operations. Designed for use with Fagor CCO rack conveyor dishwashers, it combines a generous pre-rinsing area, integrated basket loading system and durable stainless-steel construction in one practical workstation.

The MCFD-1000I is designed around the standard 500 × 500mm commercial dishwasher basket format, allowing operators to move soiled ware efficiently from the sink area toward the conveyor dishwasher. Its integrated basket introductor helps create a smoother workflow between manual pre-rinsing and automated washing, making it particularly useful in restaurants, hotels, hospitals, catering facilities and other large foodservice operations.

A 450 × 450mm sink provides a dedicated area for pre-washing dishes before they enter the machine. The flexible shower tap makes it easier to remove food residue, while the substantial 1400 × 700mm sink area gives staff useful working space during busy service periods.
