Fagor MCFD-1000D - Pre-Rinsing Sink Bench w/ Introductor of Baskets

The Fagor Professional MCFD-1000D Pre-Rinsing Sink Bench with Basket Introductor is a heavy-duty commercial warewashing workstation designed to streamline the process between manual pre-rinsing and automated dishwashing. Configured for right-side placement, it is designed for use with Fagor CCO rack conveyor dishwashers and standard 500 × 500mm commercial dishwasher baskets.

Ideal for restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering facilities and other high-volume foodservice operations, the MCFD-1000D provides a dedicated pre-washing area where operators can efficiently remove food residue before dishes, cookware and utensils enter the conveyor dishwasher. Its integrated basket introductor helps create a smooth transition from the sink to the dishwasher, reducing unnecessary handling during busy service.

The 450 × 450mm sink provides a practical area for pre-rinsing, while the generous 1400 × 700mm sink area gives staff ample working space. A flexible shower tap makes it easier to remove stubborn food particles and prepare heavily soiled items for automated washing.
