Freight quotes

Large or heavy items often need a freight quote — checkout will calculate where possible, or our team will follow up after order placement.

Lift-gate / tail-lift

Most commercial equipment is delivered via tail-lift truck to the kerbside. Inside placement, installation, or stair carry are available on request — let us know during checkout.

Inspect on arrival

Please inspect equipment on arrival and note any damage on the carrier's delivery docket. Photograph any visible damage and contact our team within 48 hours.
