Change of mind

Most commercial kitchen equipment is non-returnable for change of mind once shipped. Talk to us before purchase if you're unsure of fit, specification, or utilities required.

Damaged on arrival

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery — photograph the damage and the carrier's delivery docket and email our team.

Warranty

Every product is backed by full Australian manufacturer warranty. Warranty work is authorised and handled by the manufacturer's service network; we'll connect you with the right agent.

Faulty goods

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy for major or minor failures. Contact us with photos and a description of the issue.
