The compact 610mm footprint allows it to sit tidily underneath counter benches as either a system component for a Turbofan E33 convection oven or as a stand-alone cabinet for additional holding capacity. Ideal for cook and hold food service operators, the low velocity circulation fan system maintains menu items within a temperature range of 20°C to 90°C. With space for eight 1/1 GN trays at 74mm spacing, the H8-UC offers considerable holding capacity. A simple plug-in connection allows easy installation.
