The new patented panini grill perfectly compliments your Merrychef high speed oven. This accessory uses a paddle to slide food into the press between a top and bottom plate. When the paddle is removed, the grill lowers to compress the food, making this the easiest-to-use panini press on the market.

Simple to install, the panini press replaces the cook plate in the cavity and stays in the oven while you continue to cook other food items using Merrychef liners or trays on top of the panini press cook plates. To remove and clean, simply lift it out of the cavity when it has cooled down.

For added versatility it is available in three panini press kit options, with a high opening for paninis, bagels, subs and sandwiches with either a flat or grilled bottom plate. Or, a low opening for thinner food options such as quesadillas and flatbreads.
