Its heat-resistant plastic construction, rounded edges, and 12.7cm non-marking swivel casters provide durability, safety, and easy mobility in busy kitchens.
Ships unassembled with quick and simple instructions, making setup and transport cost-effective and convenient.
Generous 17 Pan Storage Capacity
This rack can hold 17qty x 2/1 Gastronorm Food pans (650 × 530mm).
Each set of slides are spaced 75mm apart, which means there will be plenty of room for your treats to cool properly.
This generous spacing also gives you the ability to store foods that are not completely flat.
