KING is the only oven in the world baking with the innovative IWOS™ System (Italian Wood Oven Substitute) which mechanically replicates the air circulation found within a wood-burning pizza oven. They are completley modular and can be stacked up to 3 units high. The chamber is full refractory stone (bottom, top, sides and rear) ensuring optimum chamber heat retention. As a professional oven, the king series comes complete with a full suite of addiional options. The king 6 is distinguished by its 6 pizza capacity.
