The GAM King 4 Deck Electric Single Deck Oven represents the pinnacle of pizza oven technology with its unique design and advanced IWOS™ System (Italian Wood Oven Substitute). This cutting-edge system replicates the air circulation of a traditional wood-burning oven by heating air beneath a thick refractory stone floor, allowing hot air to flow upwards through a specially designed cavity. This ensures even distribution for an authentic wood-fired pizza experience with exceptional heat retention and consistent baking.

  • Economy mode reduces power consumption by up to 50% by adjusting ceiling and floor resistors.
  • The advanced visual control panel offers comprehensive customization for baking, with features like auto-pilot startup, economy mode, exhaust adjustments, nine baking programs, and precise top and bottom heat control.
  • Independent top and bottom heating elements, controlled by an energy regulator, allow precise intensity adjustment from 0-100% without altering chamber temperature. This ensures optimal baking control and consistent results
