The Zanolli Citizen CTM8E02A PW 9 Electric Single Deck Pizza Oven is a high-capacity commercial deck oven designed for busy pizzerias, restaurants and takeaway kitchens. Its spacious 1050 x 1050mm refractory stone deck accommodates up to nine 340mm pizzas, providing excellent heat retention for crisp bases and consistent baking. Independent top and bottom heating controls allow operators to fine-tune cooking intensity, while the powerful 11.2kW three-phase system reaches temperatures up to 400°C.
