The Zanolli Citizen CTM2G01A-1 PWG 9 Single Deck Gas Pizza Oven is designed for busy pizzerias, restaurants and commercial kitchens requiring dependable high-volume stone-deck baking. Its spacious cooking chamber accommodates up to nine 340mm pizzas at once, while refractory material above and below the chamber helps retain and distribute heat for consistent cooking and crisp pizza bases. A powerful 72 MJ/hr gas system delivers temperatures up to 370°C, supported by simple electromechanical controls, electronic ignition and independent chamber lighting.
