The Zanolli Citizen CTM6E02A PW 6 Electric Single Deck Pizza Oven is a heavy-duty commercial deck oven designed for pizzerias, restaurants and high-volume takeaway kitchens. Its spacious refractory stone cooking chamber accommodates up to six 340mm pizzas, delivering excellent heat retention for crisp bases and consistent baking. Independent top and bottom heating controls allow operators to fine-tune cooking intensity, while the powerful 8.8kW three-phase system reaches temperatures up to 400°C.
