The Zanolli Citizen CTM5E02A EP70 4+4 Double Deck Electric Pizza Oven delivers dependable stone-deck baking for pizzerias, cafés, restaurants and busy takeaway kitchens. Two independently operated 700 x 700mm cooking chambers each accommodate four 340mm pizzas, providing an eight-pizza total capacity without requiring additional floor space. Refractory ceramic decks retain and distribute heat for crisp bases and consistent baking, while independently adjustable upper and lower heating elements give operators greater control over cooking results.
