The Zanolli Citizen CTM2G01A-2 PWG 9+9 Double Deck Gas Pizza Oven is built for high-volume pizzerias, restaurants and commercial kitchens requiring dependable stone-deck baking capacity. Two independently operated chambers accommodate up to nine 340mm pizzas each, providing a total production capacity of 18 pizzas per batch. Double-layer refractory stone surfaces help retain and distribute heat evenly for consistent baking and crisp pizza bases, while powerful gas burners maintain stable chamber temperatures during busy service.
