The Zanolli Citizen CTM1G01A-2 PWG 6+6 Double Deck Gas Pizza Oven provides high-volume stone-deck baking for busy pizzerias, restaurants and commercial kitchens. Its two independently operated chambers each accommodate six 340mm pizzas, delivering a total capacity of 12 pizzas while maximising production within a compact footprint. Double-layer refractory stones above and below the chambers retain heat for consistent baking and crisp pizza bases, while adjustable gas burners help compensate for temperature loss during frequent door openings.
