Fagor Professional M-E915BM - Kore 900 Electric Indirect Heating Boiling Pan

The Fagor Professional M-E915BM Kore 900 150L Electric Indirect Heating Boiling Pan is a high-capacity commercial cooking solution engineered for professional kitchens requiring consistent, controlled heat across large-volume food production. Its 150-litre capacity makes it well suited to restaurants, hotels, catering operations, hospitals, aged-care facilities and institutional kitchens handling substantial batches of soups, sauces, stocks, stews and other liquid-based preparations.
Powered by a 22kW electric heating system and supplied with a 415V 3-phase electrical connection, the M-E915BM uses indirect bain-marie heating rather than direct contact between the heating source and the pan. Heating the surrounding water chamber generates saturated steam at approximately 107°C, transferring heat evenly to the base and sides of the cooking well while operating at a lower temperature than direct heating. This design helps provide gentle, uniform cooking and reduces the risk of localised overheating.
Built for demanding commercial environments, the boiling pan combines an AISI 304 stainless-steel body and cooking well with an AISI 316L stainless-steel base. The 2mm stainless-steel worktop, robotic-welded well, concealed screws and laser-cut construction deliver a robust and hygienic finish. A stamped pan floor helps resist deformation during intensive use.
The Fagor Professional M-E915BM also incorporates automatic bain-marie filling and level management with multiple safety controls, including a pressure switch, overpressure safety valve, overheating thermostat and integrated pressure gauge. Hot or cold water can be added through an electrically operated valve from the front panel, while automatic flushing and a durable stainless-steel drainage filter simplify cleaning and maintenance.
