The Fagor Professional CCO-120DCW Compact Rack Conveyor Dishwasher is a commercial-grade dishwashing solution designed for busy restaurants, hotels, catering facilities, clubs and institutional kitchens requiring dependable high-volume warewashing. Featuring a practical right-hand-side entrance, the compact conveyor configuration allows kitchens to integrate continuous rack washing into their existing workflow while making efficient use of valuable floor space.
Constructed from durable AISI 304 stainless steel, the CCO-120DCW is built for the demanding conditions of professional foodservice. Its 1180mm-wide footprint houses a powerful washing system featuring four upper and four lower high-power washing arms, providing comprehensive water coverage across each rack.
Operators can select from three washing programs — deep, medium and high capacity — to match the cleaning cycle to the level of soiling and production requirements. The double-effect rinse system operates between 70°C and 85°C, while the washing system operates from 50°C to 65°C for controlled and consistent commercial dishwashing performance.
Efficiency is built into the conveyor operation. Automatic pump and rinse controls help minimise unnecessary energy and water consumption, while the rinse cycle stops once the basket leaves the rinse zone. The electronic conveyor speed regulation provides greater control over rack movement through the machine, helping maintain consistent washing and rinsing results.
Maintenance and hygiene are also central to the design. The removable washing arms, dismountable rinse jets, stainless-steel tank filters and pump safety filter provide convenient access for routine cleaning. The upward-opening double-panel door further improves access to the internal components and wash chamber.
