The Fagor WHC-502TRCBD iNova Heated Recovery Pass-Through Dishwasher is a high-performance commercial dishwashing solution designed for busy restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering operations and high-volume hospitality kitchens. Built around a 500 × 500mm basket format, it can process up to 40 baskets per hour, with up to 450mm of ware clearance for efficient handling of everyday commercial dishware.
Its standout feature is the integrated heated recovery system, which captures waste heat and uses it to preheat incoming water. This helps reduce energy consumption and operating costs while minimising steam released into the kitchen. The system is designed to operate without direct exhaust ventilation, potentially simplifying installation requirements and creating a more comfortable working environment.
For dependable cleaning performance, the WHC-502TRCBD combines double rotating AISI 304 stainless steel wash and rinse arms, dual-flow 750W wash pumps with soft-start, double-stage filtration and precise electronic temperature control. A 33-litre wash tank, 2.2-litre-per-cycle water consumption and 60°C wash/85°C rinse temperatures provide an efficient balance of cleaning performance and resource use.
