The Fagor CO-502BDD EVO-CONCEPT Undercounter Dishwasher with Drain Pump is a compact commercial warewashing solution designed for cafés, restaurants, bars and professional kitchens where high throughput and efficient use of space are essential. Capable of processing up to 40 baskets per hour, it combines rapid wash cycles with a compact 600mm-wide footprint for convenient underbench installation.
Fagor's EFFI-WASH hydraulic system uses a powerful 600W wash pump and stainless-steel wash arms to provide effective cleaning performance, while the machine's fixed 2.4L rinse-water consumption helps keep water usage controlled. Wash and rinse temperatures are thermostatically managed at 60°C and 90°C respectively.
The CO-502BDD is engineered for a quieter working environment with its EFFI-SILENT double-skin body and insulated door, which also helps retain heat inside the machine. Its three-position counterbalanced door and stainless-steel construction are designed for frequent commercial use.
