The Fagor Professional SB-G910I Kore 900 Series 90L Gas Tilting Bratt Pan is a heavy-duty commercial cooking appliance designed for professional kitchens handling large-volume food preparation. With a generous 90-litre cooking capacity and powerful 18kW gas heating system, it provides the versatility and output required by restaurants, hotels, catering facilities, hospitals, aged-care kitchens and institutional foodservice operations.
Designed for a wide range of cooking applications, the SB-G910I can be used for braising, sautéing, simmering, boiling, roasting, poaching and frying. Its thermostatic pan-floor temperature control ranges from 50°C to 310°C, giving chefs precise control for both gentle and high-temperature cooking.
A major advantage of this Fagor bratt pan is its tilting cooking well, which can be raised to a vertical position using either a motorised or crank-operated elevation system. This makes transferring large quantities of cooked food considerably easier while helping reduce manual handling during busy service.
The cooking well is engineered for effective heat distribution, with branched burners positioned in the base and a high-thickness pan bottom. The stainless-steel version incorporates a 10mm-thick base, helping maintain consistent temperatures across the cooking surface. The pan is also available with a cast-iron cooking surface featuring an 8mm-thick base.
Built for demanding commercial use, the SB-G910I features laser-cut joints, automatic welding, polished surfaces and concealed screws. Rounded internal corners and a wide opening simplify access for loading, unloading and cleaning, while a perimeter flange helps prevent condensed water from spilling outside the pan.
