The Fagor Professional SB-G915IM Kore 900 Series 120L Gas Tilting Bratt Pan is a heavy-duty commercial cooking solution designed for restaurants, hotels, catering operations, institutional kitchens and high-volume food production facilities. With a generous 120-litre cooking capacity, powerful gas heating and a practical tilting design, it is built to handle large batches efficiently while simplifying unloading and cleaning.
The SB-G915IM operates on Natural Gas or LPG and delivers 25kW of heating power with 90MJ/h gas consumption. Its thick stainless-steel pan base and strategically positioned branched burners promote even heat distribution across the cooking surface, helping maintain consistent temperatures during demanding batch cooking.
A thermostatically controlled cooking range of 50°C to 310°C provides flexibility for a variety of commercial applications, including frying, sautéing, braising, simmering and bulk food preparation. The pan's rounded corners and wide opening make it easier to access ingredients, remove finished food and clean the cooking surface after service.
The motorised or crank-operated tilting system allows the pan to be raised towards a vertical position, helping operators empty the full contents quickly and efficiently. An electric water-filling valve operated from the front further streamlines preparation, while the double-walled lid incorporates a rear drain to redirect condensation back into the pan.
Built for demanding professional environments, the SB-G915IM features IPX5 water protection, front-accessible components and a micro-break safety switch that stops heating when the pan is raised. These practical features make it well suited to busy commercial kitchens where durability, safety and efficient workflow are essential.
