The Thermaster PG210FA-XG Premium Cold Salad & Noodle Bar is a high-capacity refrigerated preparation and display unit designed for busy restaurants, salad bars, noodle shops, cafés, delis, food courts and commercial kitchens. With a substantial 1000-litre refrigerated capacity and space for 6 × 1/1 GN pans, it provides an efficient workstation for organising chilled ingredients while keeping them readily accessible during service.
The refrigerated ingredient well operates between +1°C and +5°C and uses a blown-well cross-flow fan cooling system with cassette cooling to help maintain consistent temperatures across the pan area. The unit accommodates GN pans up to 150mm deep, making it suitable for holding a broad selection of salads, vegetables, toppings, noodles, meats, sauces and other pre-chilled ingredients.
Designed for both food preparation and customer-facing presentation, the PG210FA-XG features a tempered glass canopy with clear sliding serving doors and internal LED lighting. This allows ingredients to remain visible while providing a practical barrier between the food and surrounding environment.
