The Fagor Professional F-G9121R Kore 900 Series 21L Gas Fryer is a high-performance commercial deep fryer designed for professional kitchens that require fast heat recovery, precise temperature control and dependable frying capacity. With a 21-litre frying capacity and 21kW gas output, the F-G9121R is well suited to restaurants, hotels, takeaway outlets, catering operations and other high-volume foodservice environments.
The fryer is supplied with two small frying baskets measuring 130 × 330 × 130mm, allowing operators to prepare separate food products simultaneously. The generous 21L capacity provides useful production volume while maintaining a compact 400mm-wide footprint, making the unit easy to integrate into a Kore 900 cooking line.
Temperature is controlled thermostatically between 60°C and 200°C, giving chefs the flexibility to select appropriate frying temperatures for chips, chicken, seafood, vegetables and other deep-fried menu items. High-efficiency gas burners and the high-power heating system are designed to bring the oil rapidly back to the required cooking temperature, supporting consistent results during busy service periods.
