Fagor Professional F-G9221 - Kore 900 Series Deep Fat Fryer

The Fagor Professional F-G9221 Kore 900 Series Deep Fat Fryer is a high-output commercial gas fryer engineered for restaurants, hotels, pubs, takeaway outlets, catering operations and busy professional kitchens. With two independent 21-litre frying wells and a total 42-litre oil capacity, it provides the capacity and rapid heat recovery needed for demanding high-volume frying.

Powered by 42kW of gas heating, equivalent to 151.2MJ/h, the F-G9221 is designed to reach operating temperature quickly and recover heat efficiently between batches. Each frying well incorporates three longitudinal gas heating tubes and a high-efficiency burner, providing powerful and consistent heat distribution throughout the cooking process.

The two 21-litre tanks can accommodate four small baskets, with two baskets supplied per well. This configuration allows operators to cook multiple smaller batches simultaneously and manage different products independently. A larger 260 × 330 × 130mm basket is also available as an option, providing additional flexibility for higher-volume frying applications.

Thermostatic temperature control operates from 60°C to 200°C, giving kitchen staff precise control over frying conditions. This broad range is suitable for a variety of commercial foods, including chips, chicken, seafood, battered products and other deep-fried menu items.
