The Fagor Professional F-G7215 Kore 700 Gas Fryer is a high-capacity commercial deep fryer engineered for busy restaurants, pubs, cafés, takeaway venues and professional kitchens. Featuring two 15-litre frying wells and two large baskets, it provides the capacity and flexibility needed for continuous high-volume frying while allowing different foods to be cooked efficiently.
Designed as part of the Fagor Kore 700 range, the F-G7215 combines a robust 1.5mm AISI 304 stainless steel construction with precision-manufactured joints, robotic welding and polished surfaces for a durable, professional finish. Its 800mm-wide configuration provides substantial frying capacity while fitting neatly into a commercial 700-series kitchen line.
A dedicated cold zone beneath the frying area helps reduce the impact of food particles on the cooking oil, helping maintain oil quality for longer. Thermostatic control provides an adjustable 60°C to 200°C temperature range, while the integrated safety thermostat provides additional protection during operation.
