High efficiency fryers with deep drawn V-shaped open tank. Design enables 30% less oil wastage due to cool zone. Thermostat operation 105°C to 185°C. Various models including options for Electronic Controls, Filtering Pump, Auto-Cook Programs and Auto-Lift Mechanism.
