The Brüllen i91 PRO Gravity Feed Pasteurise Soft Serve Machine combines high-output frozen dessert production with the added convenience of a pasteurisation-equipped configuration. Designed for busy cafés, dessert bars, frozen yoghurt stores and açaí venues, it can produce approximately 250–500 x 80 g serves per hour while occupying just 400 mm of bench width. A 12-litre refrigerated mix hopper, integrated agitator and 3-litre freezing cylinder support consistent production throughout service, while gravity feed provides controlled 15–45% overrun. Its powerful Tecumseh refrigeration system and countertop format make the i91 PRO a versatile solution for demanding commercial applications.
