The Brüllen i91 PRO Air Pump Pasteurise Soft Serve Machine brings high-output frozen dessert production, air-pump operation and pasteurisation capability together in a compact countertop platform. Producing approximately 250–500 x 80 g serves per hour, the i91 PRO uses an upgraded 3-litre freezing cylinder and powerful Tecumseh 1.25 HP compressor for fast freezing and reliable performance during busy service. Its air pump option supports controlled product aeration, while the pasteurise configuration adds greater operational flexibility for commercial venues serving soft serve, frozen yoghurt and other compatible frozen desserts.
