The BrUllen i91 Gravity Feed Non-Pasteurise Soft Serve Machine is a compact, single-flavour countertop solution designed for commercial soft serve, frozen yoghurt, açaí and other compatible frozen dessert mixes. Producing approximately 210–425 x 80 g serves per hour, the i91 combines a narrow 324 mm footprint with a generous 12-litre gravity-feed mix tank for efficient service in cafés, dessert bars, kiosks and food trucks.
