The Tecnodom DO20 20 Tray Blast Chiller & Shock Freezer is a high-capacity commercial refrigeration solution engineered for professional kitchens that need to rapidly cool and freeze large quantities of freshly prepared food. The unit features a 340-litre internal volume with 65mm tray spacing and universal stainless-steel pan grids, providing flexible storage for both GN and bakery-format trays. The Tecnodom DO20 is also designed to perform in challenging kitchen conditions, with an ambient operating rating of 43°C and 65% relative humidity. Its 415V three-phase, 2.25kW electrical configuration provides the power required for intensive blast chilling and freezing applications.
