The Normann BBF4 Big Boys Panel Blast Chiller Chamber - Up to 8 GN 1/1 Trolleys is a modular high-capacity chamber system designed for large-scale food production. It supports 8 x gn 1/1 / en 60x40 trolleys or 4 x gn 2/1 / en 60x80 trolleys and provides up to 600kg blast chilling and 400kg shock freezing. Delivered as a panel chamber for on-site assembly, the system is suited to central kitchens and industrial food operations that need flexible trolley throughput and integration with remote refrigeration infrastructure.
