The Normann NAT.15 Nortech 15 Tray Premium Blast Chiller & Shock Freezer is engineered for demanding commercial kitchens requiring faster, more controlled chilling and freezing. It accommodates 15 x 1/1 GN 65mm trays and delivers up to 68kg blast chilling and 52kg shock freezing per cycle. The premium Nortech platform combines R290 refrigeration with adjustable fan speeds, a 7-inch touchscreen, core-temperature monitoring and connected HACCP functionality to support consistent food quality and efficient high-volume production.
