The Normann PLUS.15.RO Nortech Plus 15 Tray Cook & Chill Blast Chiller - Reverse Osmosis combines high-performance blast chilling and shock freezing with low-temperature cooking up to +85°C for an integrated cook-and-chill workflow. It handles 15 x 1/1 GN 65mm trays, with up to 68kg blast chilling and 52kg shock freezing per cycle. Supplied in the reverse osmosis configuration, the Nortech Plus platform adds controlled humidity, automated hot/cold cycles and premium touchscreen control for production kitchens, bakeries and catering operations.
