The Normann PLUS.5.SF Nortech Plus 5 Tray Cook & Chill Blast Chiller - Standard Filtration combines high-performance blast chilling and shock freezing with low-temperature cooking up to +85°C for an integrated cook-and-chill workflow. It handles 5 x 1/1 GN 65mm trays, with up to 23kg blast chilling and 18kg shock freezing per cycle. Supplied in the standard filtration configuration, the Nortech Plus platform adds controlled humidity, automated hot/cold cycles and premium touchscreen control for production kitchens, bakeries and catering operations.
