At the centre of the BZVICTORIA2B is a multi-boiler system featuring a dedicated 1L coffee boiler for each brewing group and a 12L service boiler. Independent coffee boilers allow each group to operate with its own temperature management, helping maintain consistent extraction when multiple coffees are prepared simultaneously.

The machine's patented pressure-profile brewing system provides adjustable pressure from 3 to 11 bar, giving experienced baristas the flexibility to tailor extraction profiles to different coffee varieties and brewing styles. PID thermostat control further improves temperature precision, helping bring out the intended aroma and flavour characteristics of single-origin and blended coffees.
