Bezzera MODADE2W Moda DE 2 Group Espresso Machine – White, 11L Boiler

The Bezzera MODADE2W Moda DE 2 Group Espresso Machine is a professional commercial coffee machine designed for cafés, restaurants, hotels and hospitality venues requiring consistent espresso production throughout the day. Finished in clean white and built around a two-group configuration, it combines programmable volumetric dosing, thermostatically controlled groups and robust commercial components for efficient barista workflow.
An 11-litre copper boiler provides the steam and hot-water capacity needed for busy café service. The machine uses a heat-exchange system with a hydraulic circuit separated from the boiler, allowing coffee to be prepared with fresh water while the boiler supplies the steam required for milk-based beverages.
The two groups incorporate thermostatic temperature control, supported by a dedicated 100W electrical resistance designed to maintain group temperature stability. This helps provide more consistent extraction performance when multiple coffees are prepared consecutively.
