The Bezzera BZMODAPID2B Moda DE PID 2 Group Commercial Espresso Machine combines compact commercial design with the brewing capacity and temperature control required for busy cafés, restaurants, coffee bars and hospitality venues. With two groups, an insulated 11-litre copper boiler and two manual steam outputs, it is designed to deliver consistent espresso and powerful steam performance throughout service.
A key advantage of the BZMODAPID2B is its independent PID temperature control for each brewing group. This allows baristas to precisely manage brewing temperatures for consistent extraction, while the integrated brewing timer helps monitor shot duration. Programmable pre-infusion provides additional control over the extraction process, helping operators fine-tune flavour and consistency.
The insulated copper boiler is designed to improve thermal stability while reducing unnecessary heat loss and power consumption. Two manual steam wands provide the capacity to texture milk and prepare multiple milk-based beverages efficiently, making the machine well suited to busy café service.
