Bezzera MODADE2B Moda DE 2 Group Espresso Machine – Black, 11L Boiler

The Bezzera MODADE2B Moda DE 2 Group Espresso Machine is a professional commercial coffee machine designed for cafés, restaurants, hotels and hospitality venues that need dependable espresso production across busy service periods. Finished in black and built around a compact two-group configuration, it combines programmable volumetric dosing, thermal stability and robust commercial construction.
An 11-litre copper boiler provides the steam and hot-water capacity required for professional coffee service, while the heat-exchange system operates through a hydraulic circuit separated from the boiler. This design allows coffee to be prepared using fresh water rather than drawing brewing water directly from the boiler.
The two brewing groups feature thermostatic temperature control, with a dedicated 100W electrical resistance helping maintain stable group temperatures during operation. This supports more consistent extraction when the machine is being used repeatedly throughout service.
