The Unox XESHW-HCHS is a ventless steam-condensing hood for the SPEED.Pro baking-speed oven. A self-cleaning condensing filter partially eliminates steam and odours, while a high-flow motor (550-750 m3/h) expels treated fumes over long distances. At 600 x 812 x 291 mm and 16 kg, it suits sites where fumes can't be ducted to a ceiling hood or outside.
