Unox XWLBA-05EU - Tray Holder Basket

The Unox XWLBA-05EU tray-holder basket carries five 600 x 400 mm bakery trays at a 78 mm pitch and loads into the oven as a single unit, allowing rapid loading and extraction of all trays at once. At 663 x 452 x 468 mm and just 3.2 kg, it minimises the time the oven door stays open, protecting chamber temperature and bake consistency. It pairs with the XWLYA-00EU trolley for moving the loaded basket between the oven, stand or neutral cabinet.
