The Unox XWDBA-0611 tray holder basket holds 6 x GN 1/1 trays at a 66.2 mm pitch and measures 593 x 379 x 484 mm, weighing just 3.8 kg. It allows the entire tray set to be loaded into or removed from the oven in a single movement, reducing the time the door stays open and cutting heat loss between batches. Pair it with the XWDYA-0011 trolley for quick-load handling on compatible Unox 6 GN 1/1 combi ovens.
