The Unox XWDYA-0011 is a trolley built to carry the Unox tray holder basket, letting a fully loaded basket be wheeled from the prep area to the oven and coupled accurately with the oven, stand or neutral cabinet. It measures 680 x 730 x 915 mm and weighs 20.2 kg. Paired with the XWDBA-0611 tray holder basket, it enables quick-load handling so a whole service of GN 1/1 trays can be staged and transferred in one movement.
