The Thermaster SCB/21 Deluxe Sandwich Bar is a high-capacity commercial refrigerated preparation station designed for busy sandwich shops, cafés, restaurants, delis, salad bars and foodservice operations. Combining 1000 litres of chilled storage with an integrated ingredient preparation area, it gives kitchen staff convenient access to frequently used ingredients while maintaining an efficient workflow.
The SCB/21 features a spacious top section designed to accommodate 11 × 1/3 GN pans, making it ideal for organising meats, cheeses, salads, vegetables, sauces and other sandwich or salad ingredients. Its blown-well cross-flow cooling system helps maintain consistent temperatures around the ingredient pans, while sliding covers help protect stored food when the prep station is not being used.
Inside the cabinet, fan-forced evaporator cooling maintains a controlled 2°C to 8°C temperature range. A Secop compressor, German EBM-Papst fans, automatic defrost and self-evaporating drainage provide reliable refrigeration performance for demanding commercial environments.
