Thermaster SCB/15 - Two Door Deluxe Sandwich Bar

The Thermaster SCB/15 2-Door Deluxe Sandwich Bar is a versatile refrigerated preparation station designed to streamline sandwich, salad, pizza and deli food production in busy commercial kitchens. With 550L of refrigerated storage and space for seven 1/3 GN pans, it keeps frequently used ingredients organised, chilled and within easy reach during service.
The SCB/15 features a blown-well cross-flow pan cooling system that circulates chilled air around the ingredient pans, while fan-forced evaporator cooling supports reliable cabinet temperature control between +2°C and +8°C. A digital temperature control and read-out gives operators convenient temperature monitoring.
Its stainless-steel interior and exterior provide a durable, professional finish, while the 230mm preparation area and included PE cutting board create a practical workspace directly alongside the refrigerated ingredient section. The enclosed pan area incorporates easy-slide covers, helping maintain the correct operating temperature when the station is not being actively accessed.
