Designed for efficient food preparation, the bench features a removable 30 cm wide cutting board and nine 1/3 gastronome pans with cover lids for easy overnight storage.

An essential piece of equipment for any assembly station, the bench is supplied with energy-efficient and environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant gas, supporting both performance and sustainability. It also maintains a continuous air flow across the pans to facilitate a regular temperature in the pans (up to 3 hours with lids open*)
