The Asber GEX-H500BDD Easy Line Pass-Through Dishwasher is a professional hood-type warewashing solution designed for restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering operations, pubs, clubs and commercial kitchens requiring efficient washing in a compact pass-through format. Designed around standard 500 × 500mm commercial racks, it provides a practical workflow for handling plates, glasses, utensils and other serviceware during busy kitchen operations.
The machine offers 90- and 180-second wash cycles, giving operators a choice between faster everyday washing and a longer cycle for more heavily soiled items. A continuous cycle can also run for up to 600 seconds before manual stopping, providing additional flexibility when dealing with challenging loads.
Inside, a 33-litre wash tank with 3kW heating works alongside a 7-litre, 2kW boiler and 0.6kW wash pump. The system operates with a 60°C wash and 85°C rinse temperature, helping deliver consistent commercial dishwashing performance while maintaining controlled washing conditions.
