With a high-throughput capacity of up to 40 baskets per hour, it combines rapid wash cycles with a practical hood-type design that helps streamline the transfer of dirty and clean ware through the kitchen.
The machine features a 45L wash tank with 4.5kW heating and a separate 7L boiler with 6.0kW heating, delivering controlled washing at 60°C and rinsing at 85°C. Operators can select 90, 120 or 180-second cycles depending on the level of cleaning required, while continuous operation is available until manually stopped.
Built for consistent commercial cleaning, the GE-H500DD incorporates upper and lower stainless steel wash and rinse arms, a stainless steel filtration system, thermostop functionality and integrated detergent and rinse-aid dispensers. The wash tank and boiler temperature displays provide at-a-glance monitoring, while safety thermostats and an anti-backflow valve add further protection during operation.
Its 675 × 675mm footprint and 420mm door clearance provide a practical pass-through configuration, while the 415V three-phase, 11.1kW electrical system is suited to professional commercial kitchen installations.
