The Asber GE-H500BDD Tech Line Pass-Through Hood Dishwasher is a high-throughput commercial dishwashing solution designed for restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering operations, institutional kitchens and other busy foodservice environments. With a rated capacity of up to 40 baskets per hour, it is built to keep large volumes of plates, utensils, cookware and serviceware moving efficiently through the wash area.
The dishwasher provides three selectable wash cycles of 90, 120 and 180 seconds, along with a continuous cycle that operates until manually stopped. This gives kitchen teams the flexibility to select a standard cycle for everyday warewashing or extend the cleaning process when dealing with heavier soiling.
A 45-litre wash tank with 4.5kW heating works alongside a 7-litre boiler with 6kW heating, while the 0.6kW wash pump drives the washing system. The machine is configured for a 60°C wash and 85°C final rinse, with the integrated Thermostop function helping ensure the rinse reaches the required temperature before the cycle proceeds.
