The Fagor Professional B-G9101 Kore 900 Series Gas Chargrill is a heavy-duty commercial grilling solution designed for professional kitchens that demand high heat, generous cooking capacity and dependable performance. With 22kW of gas power, two cooking zones and a 680 × 690mm grilling surface, it is built to handle busy service periods across restaurants, hotels, catering operations and large commercial kitchens.
The B-G9101 reaches temperatures of up to 400°C, making it suitable for searing meat, poultry, seafood and vegetables while creating the characteristic chargrilled finish expected from professional cooking. Its reversible cast-iron grills feature different finishes on each side, giving chefs greater flexibility over the desired grilling surface.
Durability is central to the Kore 900 design. The cooking worktop is manufactured from 2mm-thick AISI 304 stainless steel, providing a robust and hygienic surface for intensive commercial use. A removable 130mm stainless-steel splash guard helps contain cooking splatter, while the high-temperature enamelled cast-iron flue protector is designed to withstand demanding heat conditions.
